The world (dis)order - Blatant Bullyism

If you are powerful enough, it's OK to be a bully; if you are a bully, be blatant about it.

I recently came across a statement from the UN, ’warning' of a full-scale war amidst the latest bombing and murder of Palestinians by Israel and Israeli forces.
I was taken aback by the statement coming from UN, as this is the institution that is supposed to stop the war.
It sounded like a warning by WHO acknowledging COVID as global pandemic. However, there the fight was against infinite invisible enemies.
And therefore the shock on the current statement, where the enemy is clearly visible and outnumbered 192 to 1.
So, as shocks tend to, it broke the comfortable slumber of images of saviours guarding the world order.
The last week of naked bloodbath that the world had been made to witness definately dismantles the image of saviours. Rather, it forces one to ponder, "Is there really an order in the world?"

Sadly, there is. We are living in a world of primitive human instincts - “If you are powerful enough, its OK to be a bully” and “If you have to be a bully, then be blatant about it.”

This order was born and reinforced post World War 2, when the USA, after successfully unleashing the only nuclear genocide in human history, had gained Supreme dominance over the rest of the world, which allowed it to follow both the primitive instincts. It decided to be unapologetic about the geno cide (to this date) and then it continued to establish over 100 military bases in all corners of the world in different countries, remote Islands outside its territories.
Such captivated was the world with this blatant bully stance, that the countries engaged in a lusty arms race to attain their National orgasms.

Well then, "What purpose do these Global Institutions serve?”

For this, we have to understand the genesis of these 'collaborative' institutions.

Along with military subjugation, the US forced all the countries of the world to acknowledge dollars as the recognised value bearer in their ‘sovereign' boundaries- effectively making USA the exclusive owner of the only Global currency mint on the planet. And finally, to complete the economic subjugation of the have-nots, the Global institutions needed to be spawned. The sole purpose of these ‘collaborative' institutions was to maintain this new born world (dis)order of blatant bullying. This was achieved by meticulously preying on the developing and underdeveloped countries, who are ‘supported' with debts, which grow larger than their GDPs, all the while detaining their national sovereignties as collateral in these institutions.

India need to be wary of this world (dis)order as our country has been a brutal recipient of this posturing, where in decisions taken in our national interest and choice of our allies become reason enough to attract multi-lateral sanctions of US, despite countless warm hugs exchanged by both the national leaders. The protection of farmers from corporates and provision of basic food grains to a population, impoverished by the hands of western colonists, are cause of lawsuits against India at the WTO.

Closer to home, we find this posturing reminiscent in China’s current stance, wherein the Chinese govt and military are literally not holding back any 'punches' to target and humiliate both India and it’s military. The communist govt have denigrated to such moral lows that the misery of deaths and funeral pyres in India was a subject of a meme by the official handle of Chinese Home ministry.

Fortunately enough, India had been able to wrest itself out of the military subjugation by not signing the NPT - an undemocratic treaty designed by the haves (P5 nations) and shoved down the have-nots (rest of the world) to create perpetual military dominance of the haves over the have-nots in the world thus, allowing for the naked bullying.

The commonality between stances of the bullies is manifest i.e. create a power imbalance with your target, humiliate them, commit genocide and then pose a grim question to the victim - "Can YOU do something about it? Because no one else will." If the muted answer is 'no’, then WE have no reason to stop the tragedy and humiliation being unleashed.

This is what is being witnessed in the Middle-East right now and the 'masquerading saviours' have turned pretenders, conveniently looking the other side.

It is at times like these that the fortunate need to speak up for the un-fortunate. It seems calling out the blatant bullies for what they really are, with blatant conviction, is the only option left to restore any order. Sadly, this option too, is available only to a limited few. Those who have it, must exercise it.
